By accessing or using restyles.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

To use restyles.me you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
• Provide accurate account information

restyles.me provides AI-assisted fashion visualization, virtual try-on, image generation, image editing, branding/logo overlay, watermarking and related visual tools.

AI-generated results may not perfectly reproduce products, people, colors, fabrics, dimensions or physical appearance.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Google authentication may be used to sign in.
• Accounts are personal unless a business plan states otherwise.
• You must not create multiple accounts to abuse starter credits or promotions.

• New accounts may receive promotional starter credits.
• Credit prices and usage costs are shown in the product.
• Credits are deducted for eligible successful actions.
• Downloading or viewing existing content may be free where stated.
• Credits have no cash value unless required by law.
• Promotional credits may expire or be subject to separate conditions in the future.

Refund eligibility is subject to applicable law, payment provider rules and the circumstances of the transaction.

Outputs are generated using AI and exact fidelity is not guaranteed. You should review outputs before any commercial publication. restyles.me does not guarantee that the appearance of generated clothing matches real-world fit, sizing or physical behavior.

Virtual try-on is a visual approximation and is not a substitute for an actual fitting.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload photos, product images, logos, copyrighted content and images of other people.

You grant restyles.me a limited license to process uploaded content solely as necessary to provide, operate, secure and improve the service. restyles.me does not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

You must have permission to upload and process images of other identifiable people where required by law. You must not use the service for:

• Impersonation
• Harassment
• Deceptive identity manipulation
• Sexualization without consent
• Unlawful or abusive deepfakes

The following are prohibited:

• Nudity and explicit sexual content
• Sexual exploitation
• Child sexual abuse material
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Illegal content
• Violent or abusive content where prohibited
• Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
• Malicious impersonation
• Fraud
• Unlawful surveillance or abuse

First confirmed prohibited-content violation: the upload is rejected and a warning is issued.

Second confirmed violation: the account may be suspended.

• Credits may be frozen while an account is suspended.
• Suspended users may lose access to generation and editing.
• Enforcement may be reviewed or reversed in case of error.
• You may contact support to request a review.

Refund eligibility for suspended accounts is subject to applicable law, payment provider rules and the circumstances of the case.

The restyles.me software, interface, branding and platform content belong to restyles.me or its licensors. You retain any rights you already hold in content you upload. Rights in generated outputs may depend on applicable law and third-party AI provider terms.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, trademarks and branding you upload to the service.

You may use outputs commercially, subject to applicable law, third-party AI provider terms, intellectual property rights and any plan-specific restrictions.

Service availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.

restyles.me may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated policy violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, payment disputes, attempts to manipulate credits or unlawful use.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, distort proportions, change product details, contain artifacts or differ from real-world appearance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, restyles.me is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to restyles.me in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including under mandatory consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for claims arising from unlawful content you upload or rights violations caused by your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the service.
